Hawaii Football Set for 2026 Old Trapper Mountain West Football Media Days
The Mountain West’s annual Football Media Days happens July 15 & 16 at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, with Hawaiʻi head coach Timmy Chang and four Rainbow Warriors among the representatives from each participating program. The two-day event serves as the unofficial kickoff to the conference football season, bringing together coaches, student-athletes and media from across the Mountain West for interviews and preseason coverage.
For Hawaiʻi, head coach Timmy Chang will represent the Rainbow Warriors alongside quarterback Micah Alejado, running back Cam Barfield, linebacker Jamih Otis and defensive back Elijah Palmer as the program begins preparations for the 2026 season. The Rainbow Warriors are looking to build on last year’s campaign that was topped off by a 35-31 win over Cal in the Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl.
Ku’ulei Agbayani & Kyle Galdeira will be broadcasting from Media Days. Listen live July 15 & 16, 8-10 a.m. HT or on demand. Plus, be sure to subscribe to HSRN’s YouTube channel for additional coverage. Click here to follow coverage all season long.
