HONOLULU — The Neal Blaisdell Center was packed with energy on Wednesday night as Hawai‘i’s top cheer programs competed for state supremacy at the 2025 Zippy’s/HHSAA Cheerleading Championships. By the end of an electric evening, Moanalua and Radford stood alone at the top of the podium.
Moanalua claimed the All-Girls Division title — the program’s third state championship in four years — marking a milestone moment for head coach Sheena Brewster, who earned her first title at the helm. Baldwin finished as the runner-up, and Mililani secured third place in a tightly contested division.
In the Coed Division, Radford continued its dominant run, earning its third consecutive state championship under head coach Shyanne Kuwahara, who celebrated her first title as leader of the Rams. ʻIolani placed second, followed by Campbell in third.
