KALIHI — Make that three touchdowns for No. 3

Senior Kalen Donate found the end zone three times as Pac-Five earned their second win of the year with a 42-6 win over McKinley Friday afternoon in a non-league game at Farrington’s Skippa Diaz Stadium.

Donate did all of his scoring in the first half with scoring runs from 12 and 10 yards out while also catching a 32-yard TD pass from Braden Sarahina to give the Wolfpack a 28-0 lead at halftime.

Seth Miller was also solid with a pair of TD runs to give Pac-Five four total scores in the running game.

The front three on the Wolfpack’s defensive line were impressive in their showing as they consistently got into the Tigers’ backfield. The unit consisted of Ghesiah Faleafine-Auwae, Ethan Kamahele-Tolbert and Jahshua Jerome. Their pressure also netted a defensive score with David Hosier’s 15-yard interception return 23 seconds into the second half.

Tarsen Soliaga, who was added to the roster the night before the game, added a 21-yard TD pass to Gregory Givens midway through the fourth quarter to avoid the shutout for McKinley.
