Hawai‘i Sports Radio Network (HSRN) is Hawai‘i’s first independently operated, fully digital sports radio station — locally owned, locally led, and built to serve the islands without the limitations of traditional terrestrial broadcasting.

Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Honolulu, HI

Hawai‘i Sports Radio Network (HSRN) is building the future of local sports media — and we’re looking for someone who wants to build it with us.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales job.

We need a self-starter who isn’t afraid to make 100 calls a day, hear “no” 20 times before lunch, and keep going. Someone who thrives on activity, believes relationships win long-term, and wants to help grow a digital-first sports media brand in Hawai‘i.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Prospecting and developing new business daily (high outbound activity expected)

• Building strategic marketing partnerships across streaming, digital, social, events, and live sports coverage

• Conducting discovery calls and in-person meetings

• Creating customized proposals that solve real business problems

• Maintaining and growing long-term client relationships

• Representing HSRN at games, events, and in the community

What We’re Looking For

Sales or marketing degree and/or experience is helpful — but mindset matters more.

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission.
